What this page helps you decide: whether a Grocery purchase is worth the Gold, using the only price list this game publishes anywhere - and knowing which items have no published effect at all.

Torgar's Grocery is the only shop in Iron Soul: Dungeon with published prices, and the list is short: ten items with a Gold cost and a stock limit, taken from the official wiki's shop template. That template also shows the shop has three tabs - Grocery, Bond Shop and Premium - with the second and third empty as of its last edit on 3 August 2026. The full shelf is larger than the priced list: thirty items across potions, ore, blessing materials, dragon materials and level 3 runes. What is missing everywhere, on the official wiki and on all three competing guide sites, is what any of the eight potions actually does. This page gives you the prices, the shelf and an explicit list of the gaps rather than guesses dressed up as effects.

What the Grocery publishes against what it does not: prices exist for ten items, effects for none

The whole shelf, not just the priced part

The official grocery template lists thirty items. Eight are potions: Fate, Harvest, Berserk, Attack, Life, Friendship, EXP and Gold. Nine are ore: Witherite, Starfall, Redsunder, Glacium, Torbernite, Earthmaw, Voidstar, Fluorite and Sunflare. Five are blessing materials: Crystal Gem, Crystal Prism, Crystal Flake, Crystal Shards and Whole or Broken Scale. Three are dragon materials: Dragon Tear, Dragon Horn and Dragon Claw. The last four are level 3 runes, one of each element. Only ten of those thirty carry a price on the shop template, which is why the table below is shorter than the shelf. One detail worth noting for anyone cross-referencing: the shelf writes Redsunder while the official ore table writes Reisunder for what appears to be the same rock.

Nobody publishes what the potions do

This is the largest hole in this game's item documentation, and it is a hole at the source rather than a gap in our research. The official potions page carries eight images and eight names with no effect text at all. One competing database lists only seven potions, missing Fate Potion entirely, and states as policy that it will not infer effect percentages from item names. Two partial facts exist: Harvest Potion is described as affecting dungeon clear drops without any probability attached, and Friendship Potion connects to the Bonds system, where a community page notes you can buy potions to gain bond experience quickly. Everything else - what Fate, Berserk, Attack or Life Potion actually change, and by how much - is unpublished. We are not filling that in from the names.

Why the price list matters more than it looks

Ten prices sounds thin until you check the competition: none of the three third-party guide sites carries a Gold price list for this shop at all. The prices also do a job beyond shopping, because they establish what the game thinks things are worth relative to each other. A Friendship Potion at 8,000 Gold costs as much as four Gold Potions, which tells you the bond economy is priced as a premium system rather than a convenience. A level 3 rune at 3,000 Gold sits at the same price as three Crystal Flakes, which puts a rough exchange rate on enchanting against blessing. Those comparisons hold even if the exact numbers get patched.

Step-by-Step

  1. Find Torgar in the Grocery building. He is the only vendor who takes three currencies: Gold, Bond Currency and Robux, which matters because Bond Currency has no other published sink.
  2. Buy runes here only as a floor, not a target. Level 3 Burn, Methysis, Corrode and Frost each cost 3,000 Gold with a stock of one or two, which makes the Grocery a reliable source of a known-quality rune rather than a bargain.
  3. Treat Crystal Flake at 3,000 Gold for three as blessing insurance. Flakes appear in the +2 through +7 blessing recipes, and a failed attempt above +3 consumes materials without lowering your blessing level.
  4. Compare the potion prices before buying: Gold Potion and EXP Potion are 2,000 each, Berserk Potion is 4,000, and Friendship Potion is 8,000 - four times the cheapest, for an effect nobody has published.
  5. Buy Dragon Claw at 3,500 Gold for five and Dragon Horn at 5,000 for five only when a recipe needs them, since neither has a published use on the wiki beyond appearing on the shelf.
  6. Sell surplus at Quill rather than hoarding. Ore has a published Gold value ranging from 2 for Sand Rock up to 260 for Lionite, so the ore you will never forge with is the cleanest way to fund a Grocery run.

Tips & Notes

  • Stock numbers are per refresh, not per account lifetime, and the shop template shows several items limited to a single unit - plan a Gold reserve rather than expecting to buy in bulk.
  • The Grocery is the only published place to buy a level 3 rune outright, which makes it the fallback when Cave of Runes tickets are the thing you are short of.
  • Blessing consumes shards, flakes, prisms, gems and stars in that rough order of tier, and the Grocery stocks four of those five, so it partly covers blessing up to the middle brackets.
