Update History and Patch Dates
What this page helps you decide: whether a guide you are reading is current, by checking its date against the patch that last changed the system it describes.
Iron Soul: Dungeon has no patch notes API, no developer blog and an empty group announcement, so its update history exists only as reconstructions on guide sites. Two of those sites keep dated logs, and they disagree with each other by exactly one day on every entry they share, which is almost certainly a time zone rather than a dispute. This page lists both dates for every patch instead of averaging them, marks which entries rest on a single source, and ends with the most recent event of all: an update the game itself recorded on 3 September 2026 whose contents nobody has published. If you are trying to work out whether a guide is stale, the fastest test is which of these patches it knows about.

The patches that changed how the game plays
Four of these matter more than the rest. The Bonds Update on 19 June 2026 shipped the Bonds system and opened Season 2, and the same log records the metagame shifting toward poison and health stacking around it. Update 10.5 on 30 July added the Scythe, a weapon that blends heavy and light characteristics and can only be forged at Shattered Land, plus Tartarus Hell Mode and the Hell ore family. Update 10.6 on 5 August completed the Fist skill tree and added three Fist weapons, after which one log describes Fist as the top-tier metagame choice. Update 11 on 14 August brought Season III, the 110 level cap, the Endless Tower's return with boss mutations, and checkpoints every five rounds.
What the 3 September update changed
Nothing that has been published, and it is worth being precise about how thoroughly we checked. Roblox exposes no patch note endpoint for any experience. The developer group's shout field returns null, meaning there is no announcement posted. The universe's badge list returns an empty array, so there are no new badge names to read content from. All three guide sites that maintain update logs still show 28 or 29 August as their newest entry. The only thing the timestamp proves is that a new version was published on 3 September 2026 at 07:05 UTC. Anyone telling you what it contained is guessing, and this page will be updated when a source publishes something checkable.
Using the log to date a guide
Because the official wiki froze on 3 August 2026 and describes itself as current for version 10.4, there is a clean test for any Iron Soul guide you read. If it discusses boss mutations, the Activity Store, Rogue Pistols or a 110 level cap, it is post-Update 11 and therefore newer than the official wiki. If it quotes a 70 level cap or fewer than four dungeons, it predates Season III. If it lists the Endless Tower as a Season 2 feature it is not wrong, merely old: the tower was added in Season 2 and reworked back in for Season III, which is why two sites appear to disagree about which season owns it.
Step-by-Step
- Check the Roblox games endpoint for the true last-updated timestamp rather than trusting a guide's date. On 4 September 2026 it read 3 September 2026 at 07:05 UTC.
- Read every guide-site date as plus or minus one day. One log dates Update 11.2 to 21 August and the Season 3 Expansion to 28 August; the other dates the same patches to 22 and 29 August.
- Treat Update 10.4 as the wiki's high-water mark. The official progression and sub-stat pages both describe themselves as current for game version 10.4, which is why anything after it is missing from the official wiki entirely.
- Discount the oldest guide site's dates. It records Update 9 on 8 June 2026 against another log's 25 May, and the same page claims a level cap of 70 and more than 26 races against the official 13, so its dates are not reliable evidence.
- For anything after 28 or 29 August 2026, expect nothing. No source has published contents for the 3 September update, and the game's badge list is empty so there is no badge name to infer from either.

Tips & Notes
- The one-day offset between the two logs is systematic rather than random, which points at a time zone difference rather than one site being wrong.
- Update 11.1 made scrolls sellable to the merchant, which is the kind of quality-of-life change that silently invalidates older inventory advice.
- The official wiki being frozen since 3 August 2026 is not a rumour: its MediaWiki revision data shows the last content edit across all 23 pages was Template:Shop on that date.
FAQ
What was the latest Iron Soul: Dungeon update?
Roblox recorded a new version on 3 September 2026 at 07:05 UTC. Its contents are not published anywhere: there is no patch note API, the group shout is empty, the badge list is empty, and the newest entry on every guide site is still the 28 or 29 August Season 3 Expansion.
Why do update dates differ between sites?
Two logs disagree by exactly one day on every shared entry, which is the signature of a time zone difference rather than a factual dispute. We publish both dates instead of choosing.
What version does the official wiki describe?
Game version 10.4, which its progression and sub-stat pages state outright. Nothing on that wiki has been edited since 3 August 2026, so Season III and all of Update 11 are missing from it.
